About me

I’m Devin. I didn’t come into fitness with some crazy transformation story or a background in sports. Like a lot of guys, I started lifting because I wanted to look better, feel stronger, and figure out what actually works. I spent a long time stuck in that in-between zone — not overweight, but not in shape either. Just spinning my wheels and following random advice that didn’t get me anywhere.

What finally made a difference wasn’t pushing harder. It was learning how to train with structure, understanding how the body responds to strength work, and building habits that actually support progress. That’s what changed everything for me, and that’s what I teach now.
